A simple way to prepare elite shungite:
-Wash elite shungite in running water
-Pour water into the crockery and drop the elite shungite
-Place on a stove and boil water for 5-10 minutes
-Then, drain the dirty water and spill clean.
-Pour water into the container (7,6 liters / 2 gallons) and put it on the bottom of the container 350-400 grams elite shungite.

-Insist water no more than 48 hours. Then, change the water.

Shungite is an ancient rock of unusual composition, structure and properties, or amorphous non-crystallizing fullerene-like carbon, which has a high activity in oxidation-reduction processes, sorption, catalytic, biological activity and electrical conductivity. In everyday life, this mineral cleans the water well, making it useful for eating, cooking, washing fruits and vegetables, and for taking hygienic procedures that heal and rejuvenate our body.
To prepare clean and useful schungite water for different uses, more shungite will be needed. 350-400 grams of elite shungite is enough to prepare 7.6 liters (2 gallons)of water.
Water, infused into the shungite for 48 hours is useful for drinking and cooking. Constant water is added to the water for bathing or carrying out cosmetic procedures.
